Jerry Floyd, Acting General Manager of River Spirit Casino, one of Oklahoma’s premier gaming & entertainment facilities, announced today that the first event to be held in the new River Spirit Event Center will be the “Rumble on the River” presented by Dale “Apollo” Cook and the New River Spirit Event Center beginning at 7 PM on July 30th.

Advance tickets for the “Rumble on the River” are on sale at the River Spirit Casino Gift Shop, online at www.riverspirittulsa.com, Apollo’s Karate or on the day of the event at the River Spirit Event Center if available. Tickets to this event are expected to sell out quickly, so patrons are encouraged to get their tickets early.
River Spirit Casino and the River Spirit Event Center are owned and operated by the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. The new event center is located at the site of the former Creek Nation Casino – Tulsa which closed its doors in March of 2009 with the opening of River Spirit Casino. The 20,000 sq. ft. venue will seat over 1200 patrons for sporting events and approximately1500 for concerts and entertainment. The adjacent 1400 space parking garage makes access easy and convenient.
